    1. We I use Saudi visa bio and entering my valid email address like this used in nusuk hajj, I don’t receive email from Saudi bio visa to start capture of fingerprint. I can’t do anything. Have some proposals to solve this problem. Thanks

    6. I would like to thank NALIA (Original Helper) I followed exactly what she mentioned in the process step by step, and it worked. I used an inkpad for fingerprint and it worked fraction of a second 🙂 Alhumdullilah

    7. For us the problem is faded fingerprints for a person over 70. What worked is:

      1. Rubbing the fingers on graphite (pencil), like the video says, rub it on a paper and then rub the fingertips on the pencil graphite.
      2. Putting the phone on a tripod so it would not shake. If you don’t have a tripod, place it on the edge of a table instead of holding it with your hands.
      3. Patience and many tries until the app was satisfied. Once we figured out steps 1 and 2, it took about an hour.
